Nos programmes de soutien au travail permettent aux employeurs d'aider leurs employés aux prises avec des difficultés affectant leur santé mentale et leur performance au travail.
En tant que conseiller affilié, vous fournirez du counselling en personne aux clients des programme de soutien au travail de TELUS Santé de votre région, référés par leur employeur. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indépendant, selon votre disponibilité.
Vous offrirez du counselling pour différentes problématiques à une clientèle majoritairement référée par l'employeur;
Vous ferez de l'évaluation de la dépendance et recommanderez le traitement approprié;
Vous offrirez du counselling dans le cadre de notre programme de prévention de la rechute;
Vous assurerez un suivi administratif des dossiers en utilisant les modèles cliniques fournis.




Vous détenez une maîtrise en psychologie ou un domaine connexe;
Vous êtes membre en règle de l'OPQ (psychologue ou psychothérapeute);
Vous possédez un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience clinique post-maîtrise;
Vous avez de l'expérience en évaluation et traitement des dépendances;
Vous êtes aptes à gérer des situations de crise ou de risque élevé;
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ressources communautaires.
