As an integral part of our fully remote team, you will leverage your 3+ years of sales experience, collaborating with BDRs and marketing for seamless lead management. You will engage in creating event marketing strategies and market research, aligning with innovative practices and trends in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and close inbound leads efficiently
• Collaborate and mentor BDRs for optimized outreach
• Maintain and audit CRM records for accuracy
• Participate in industry events as a marketing expert
• Contribute to content creation for sales collateral

Requirements:
• 3+ years in inbound or consultative sales
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Located in Western Canada (BC/Alberta preferred)
• Flexibility to work half Saturday per month
