Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Leader Patient Flow Operations for the Western Zone at Yarmouth Regional Hospital. The role reports to the Utilization/Patient Flow Manager and focuses on safe, efficient patient care, staffing, and bed utilization coordination.
Requirements include RN with NSCN registration, 3+ years medical/surgical and 2+ years nursing management, BCLS, and solid leadership and planning skills. Shifts cover days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
