You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Management team, oversee daily operations, and develop workflows essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
• Support hiring and scheduling for a high-performing pharmacy team
• Manage onboarding, training, and team development
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a growth-oriented environment
• Oversee workflow and ensure compliance with regulations




• Supervise prescription preparation and dispensing for accuracy

Requirements:
• Licensed pharmacist in positive standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, management experience preferred

• Proficiency with Kroll and pharmacy management systems
• Familiarity with inventory and supply management procedures
