As an Outpatient Physiotherapist, you will conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans for clients, addressing their functional mobility goals. You will collaborate with clients and families, document clinical information, and mentor students while participating in quality improvement initiatives for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for current outpatient clients
• Create and oversee personalized physiotherapy care plans
• Monitor and modify treatments to achieve mobility goals




• Enable Physiotherapist Assistants through task assignments
• Participate in quality improvement and satisfaction feedback collection

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Knowledge in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory practices
• Superior communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience with geriatric populations and related conditions
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
