Elevate your brewing skills with Blyth Brewing & Distilling Inc. as a Brewer, where you’ll manage brewhouse operations and ensure product quality while prioritizing safety.

This role reports to the Brewery Manager and requires a proactive approach to carry out both brewhouse and cellar operations expertly. You will blend and mix products, perform equipment cleaning, and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ongoing housekeeping in the brewing area is essential, alongside organizational tasks and problem-solving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the Brewhouse using specific recipes
• Clean and sanitize all brewing equipment
• Blend and mix various brewing products
• Uphold internal safety standards consistently
• Maintain a clean and organized brewing area

Requirements:
• 1-2 years brewing experience preferred
• Education in Brewing, Food Science, or related fields
• Ability to conduct minor maintenance tasks
• Solid work ethic and communication skills
• Attention to detail with multitasking capability
