BeMo Education is hiring a Senior Support Specialist to work remotely from Canada. You’ll support current students across email, phone, live chat, and video, while conducting onboarding and guiding recent students through BeMo’s programs.
You will help resolve issues, manage inquiries, and contribute to process improvements. Strong organization, tech savvy, and Excel/Google Workspace proficiency are essential for success.
