This role ensures products are received, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time while driving productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance.As an Mckesson leader, you will coach and develop employees, manage daily workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare distribution environment.What You Will DoLead daily warehouse and distribution centre operationsAssign work, manage staffing, and adjust resources to meet operational goalsMonitor productivity, quality, service, and safety performanceCoach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagementConduct performance management discussions, provide feedback, and support employee developmentPromote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environmentEnsure compliance with health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency,
