As an essential part of the MRW team, the Cabinetmaker / Installer will fabricate, assemble, and install architectural millwork and custom cabinetry. This role requires precision and productivity, whether working in our shop or on active project sites. Candidates will thrive on attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret shop drawings for high-quality millwork
• Measure and prepare materials with accuracy
• Operate tools and equipment safely during fabrication




• Finish and install cabinets and fixtures at sites
• Inspect and correct work throughout the process

Requirements:
• 10+ years in custom cabinetry and millwork
• Proficient in reading architectural drawings
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Physically capable of handling materials up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and occasional travel availability
