You will collaborate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and make informed hiring recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies

• Screen resumes and pre-screen candidates efficiently
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit

Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT recruiting experience in consulting
• Proven success in high-volume and hard-to-fill recruiting
• Solid communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
