Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Consumer Collections staff as a resource
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of insolvency work experience
• 1-2 years in Canadian Financial Institutions
• Knowledge of the Canadian Bankruptcy Act
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with positive communication skills
