Join Durham Community Health Centre as an IT and Cybersecurity Services Coordinator, focusing on endpoint management, cybersecurity risk mitigation, and user support. This full-time position is located in Oshawa with some flexibility for travel.

In this critical role, you will engage in IT operations, supporting DCHC's technology and cybersecurity needs across multi-site operations. Your expertise in managing technology assets, conducting incident response, and improving user experience will be vital for enhancing our community-based healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lifecycle of laptops, desktops, and servers
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues




• Coordinate cybersecurity activities with Managed Service Provider
• Maintain accurate technology asset inventories and logs
• Assist in cloud migration and improvement projects

Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Solid skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and 365 environments
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
