As part of the AI Transformation Office at OMERS, you will foster an environment of learning and confidence with enterprise AI tools. This full-time internship for the Winter term reports directly to the AI Transformation Office, where you will engage directly with employees and help enhance their day-to-day productivity. Your proactive approach will ensure that you address challenges and identify usage opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-demand coaching and troubleshooting assistance
• Develop lightweight micro-training sessions and resources
• Monitor tool usage and gather employee feedback




• Facilitate task-level integration of AI in daily work
• Educate staff on responsible AI usage and data governance

Requirements:
• Previous experience in corporate support or peer coaching
• Robust familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and generative AI tools
• Exceptional communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Effective problem-solving and empathy in diverse tech-savvy levels
• Self-starter mentality with a focus on user support
