Present is seeking an experienced technician for a permanent role focused on IT support for local and international clients. You will provide expert support across various technologies while mentoring junior technicians. Your responsibilities will include general technical support, managing complex ticket resolutions, and developing diagnoses to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general technical support to clients
• Act as a mentor for junior team members
• Oversee complex tickets and ensure timely follow-up
• Install and configure software and backup solutions
• Participate in process optimization and IT projects
Requirements:
• DEC in computer science required
• Minimum seven years of technical support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and network concepts
• Bilingual in French and English
