Teach French through a Long-Term Occasional position at Boyne River Public School with the Simcoe County District School Board. This role requires relevant qualifications and a commitment to an inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for engaging students effectively in French as a Second Language (FSL). The Simcoe County District School Board seeks qualified educators committed to diversity and equity. Your teaching skills in FSL will play a crucial role in supporting students’ success and fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging French instruction to students
• Implement and evaluate effective teaching strategies
• Maintain classroom readiness before classes begin




• Prepare lesson plans as required by principal
• Cooperate with colleagues on educational strategies

Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications for French as a Second Language
• 5 or more years of teaching experience preferred
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in education
• Permission to contact qualified references required
• Ability to submit a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
