Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the engineering lead for solar carport product development
• Direct product roadmap alongside sales, ops, and manufacturing
• Develop structural design standards and quality benchmarks




• Ensure buildable and code-compliant designs
• Travel to project sites for design validation and support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• Qualified Engineer license or ability to obtain
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably in racking or canopies
• Hands-on VAVE experience demonstrating cost performance
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD/BIM tools
