Join Stephenson's as an In office Heavy Equipment Technician to ensure reliable fleet performance and safety for clients. Your expertise in diagnosing and repairing equipment will be crucial for customer satisfaction.
In this essential role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various construction and aerial equipment at customer sites. Your skills will be applied to diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems in machinery like Skid Steers and Mini Excavators. Following safety and quality standards, you will ensure every piece of equipment is operational, supporting our commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair equipment at construction sites
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards
• Operate and test machinery under working conditions
• Guide Service Technicians on necessary repairs
• Maintain inventory control for rental management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in Heavy Equipment repair
• G Class Provincial Driver’s License required
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to work independently
• Action-oriented with attention to detail
