In this full time role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage hardware supply chain processes from manufacturing to delivery. Your expertise will ensure timely product shipping, optimized inventory management, and the creation of operating systems. By developing strategies that safeguard supply and streamline operations, you will have a tangible impact on the safety and independence of older adults worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage forecasts, purchase orders, and lead times for supply
• Implement replenishment logic for optimal inventory levels
• Design operating procedures, dashboards, and scorecards




• Oversee delivery logistics from single units to bulk shipments
• Facilitate the returns process for repairs and redeployment

Requirements:
• Proven end-to-end supply chain ownership experience
• History of building effective planning or operating systems
• Exposure to international factory and 3PL operations
• Comfort in a small team and iterative data environments
• Ability to fix problems proactively without a strict playbook
