CN is seeking a Senior Specialist Labour Relations Arbitration-CA to collaborate with leaders in defending CN’s Labour Relations positions. You will build robust relationships with union reps, managers and clients to foster a cooperative LR climate and handle grievances through arbitration.
The role requires bilingual English/French, 2+ years LR experience, and a solid understanding of collective agreements and Canada Labour Code.
