Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and safety compliance
• Manage asphalt plant foremen and maintenance teams




• Ensure equipment meets maintenance standards and budgets
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions
• Interpret project plans and ensure adherence to specifications

Requirements:
• Five years in a supervisory role in relevant disciplines
• Solid background in equipment maintenance
• Clean Drivers Abstract mandatory
• Excellent communication skills required
• Experience with Heavy Job/E360 preferred
