Key Responsibilities:
• Administer recruitment programs for interns and full-time staff
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS
• Implement new HRIS modules and improve workflows




• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for recent hires
• Assist with organizational training requirements and compliance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HRIS (Humi and ADP) considered an asset
• Attention to detail and time management abilities
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
