West Coast Seniors Housing Management in Victoria is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who reports to the Director of Care and leads care delivery in an assigned community.

You will coordinate resident-centered plans, administer prescribed medications, liaise with physicians, families and care teams, and participate in interdisciplinary conferences to ensure protected, compassionate care.

This role requires BC LPN licensure, current First Aid, and solid English communication.
