• Create documents such as compliance matrices and feasibility assessments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
• Minimum 8 years in urban railway, focusing on CBTC
• At least 2 years in bids and proposals management
• Experience with requirement analysis tools like DOORS
• Strong oral and written communication skills
