Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise inspection activities across the job site
• Ensure effective communication between shifts
• Conduct safety toolbox talks with the crew




• Maintain accurate records including logs and reports
• Resolve conflicts and handle complaints promptly

Requirements:
• High School diploma; vocational training preferred
• Heavy equipment technician license as an asset
• Strong administrative skills in construction
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment necessary
• Planning and budgeting experience preferred
