Join Polytainers as a Production Packer specializing in quality control and packing in manufacturing. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

In this essential position, you will report to the Molding Cell Leader and Shift Supervisor. Your primary role will focus on packing molded production parts while ensuring quality inspection and housekeeping. The prospect to relieve other Packers during breaks and manage any absenteeism will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pack production parts into boxes following specifications
• Check packing supplies at each machine and assemble boxes
• Perform visual inspections for defects in tray parts
• Assist in line clearance for product changes
• Maintain cleanliness in the packing area and update production boards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years' experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Capable of adapting to changing work conditions
