This role requires registered mental health professionals to deliver in-person counseling through Homewood Health™ Stay at Work Services and Employee and Family Assistance Program. You'll engage with diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on solution-oriented approaches to issues like anxiety and stress management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide solution-focused therapy for various mental health issues
• Work with individuals, couples, families, and children
• Adhere to professional standards in counseling practices




• Participate in clinical consultations with management
• Engage in best practices to enhance client outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in counseling or Bachelor of Social Work
• Registration with a provincial regulatory body
• 3 years of counseling or social services experience
• Skilled liability insurance coverage
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
