Job Description

At Teledyne MEMS, you'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment, collaborate with a supportive team, and play a direct role in producing precision-engineered devices that serve customers around the world.

Shift Details
Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday - 7am to 7pm

Monday, or Friday - 7am to 3pm,



or 8am to 4pm

What you'll do

Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures

Work with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets

Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications

Monitor equipment performance and process consistency

Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals

Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity

Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost

Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation

Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives

What you need

Required: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Required: Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Required: Professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to safety

Required: Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail

Advantage: Experience in a manufacturing environment
