We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our vibrant dental practice. In this vital role, you will ensure smooth communication between patients, staff, and providers. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support to enhance patient experiences and streamline office functions.
Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments efficiently using Dentrix, coordinating multiple providers and patient needs.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls to appropriate team members and managing appointment confirmations.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence to support daily office operations.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely documentation of procedures.
Skills Experience with Dentrix is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical notes and communicate effectively.
Experience working as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills for managing front desk duties and multi-line phone systems confidently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a quick-paced setting.
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Mon : OFF
Tues: OFF
Wed: 9:30am- 6:00pm
Thurs: 9:30am- 6:00pm
Fri: 7:00am- 3:00pm
Sat: 8:00am- 2:00pm, 2 Saturdays a Month
