Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Tasks: Evaluate daily operations.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Recruit staff.
Set staff work schedules.
Supervise staff.
Train staff.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
Conduct performance reviews.
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Provide customer service.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision: More than 20 people.
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Serving It Right Certificate.
Food Safety Certificate.
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Point of sale system.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Quick-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods.
