AFIMAC Canada is looking for experienced Welders, Spot Welders, and Machine Operators for temporary assignments in Southern Ontario. This role demands 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week during project assignments.

In this position, you will utilize your welding expertise in a manufacturing setting. We seek skilled candidates who can operate machines, read blueprints, and inspect parts for quality assurance. If you are organized, physically capable, and can work both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machines in a manufacturing setting
• Execute welding or spot welding tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Monitor and troubleshoot assigned machinery
• Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet specifications

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in welding or spot welding techniques
• Familiarity with steel or metal fabrication (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time
• Physically fit to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
