Parkland is seeking a Bilingual Training Specialist to design and deliver training materials for store operations, including classroom and in-store sessions. This 12-month temporary role reports to the Director, Training and Development and supports nationwide franchise onboarding and recent store openings.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of training experience, post-secondary education in Adult Education or related fields, and hands-on LMS and virtual classroom expertise.
