LRO Staffing seeks experienced Epic Go-Live Support Consultants to provide essential support during a clinical systems transition. This is a short-term, onsite position in the Greater Toronto Area.
In this role, you'll deliver frontline assistance to clinical and operational users within Epic settings. Your experience as an Epic Credentialed Trainer or Analyst will help you navigate workflows, resolve issues, and promote effective user adoption. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless transition while documenting workflow observations and support trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline support to end users in Epic environments
• Assist with workflow navigation and issue resolution




• Document recurring issues and support trends
• Support effective end-user adoption of workflows
• Escalate concerns to leadership teams as needed
Requirements:
• Strong Epic experience with go-live expertise
• Epic Certification in relevant modules
• Previous healthcare initiative support experience
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in rapid-paced environments
