Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store manager in executing daily operations and leading the shift team. You will delegate tasks, ensure rapid, friendly service, and uphold quality beverages and a clean store environment.
You will train partners, coach performance, and maintain the Starbucks Experience during each shift, while ensuring safety and cash handling standards are followed.
