Agilus by Synergie in Calgary, Alberta, is recruiting for an on-call Receptionist to support an SE Calgary energy-sector client. This is ideal for students or anyone looking to add extra hours, with ongoing coverage available starting next week.
Typical shifts run 8:30am–5:00pm, with some days 8:30am–12:30pm. Duties include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, coordinating mail and couriers, and assisting with filing, data entry and scanning. Pay is CAD 23.00–25.00 per hour.
