To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currentlyseeking an Event and Engagement Coordinator to be the person behindhow Elmer’s shows up in front of farmers and dealers at trade shows, on factorytours, and in their inboxes.

You won’t just book the event. You’ll own it from thefirst idea to the final ROI report.

You’ll plan and run trade shows, customer and dealer events,internal meetings, and factory visits, handling the logistics, design, andbudget, and showing up to execute them (expect to be on the road about 25% ofthe time). You’ll build and send our email campaigns through our emailmarketing platform, working with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager on the themessage, and team up with our marketing team to promote what’s coming.Afterward,



you’ll track leads and results and use what you learn to improve howwe connect with customers. Along the way, you’ll look after our promotionalitems, brochures, and customer care packages.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll report to the MarketingManager and work alongside the Sales Manager and the marketing team, with roomto develop new engagement ideas of your own.

You’ve planned and coordinated events and you’recomfortable with the logistics behind them

You’ve run email campaigns on an email marketingplatform

You’re at home in Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and pick up new software and digital platformsquickly

You can juggle multiple projects and deadlineswithout dropping the details

You write and speak clearly and carry yourselfprofessionally in front of customers and dealers

You can travel (roughly 25%) domestically andinternationally and work the occasional after-hours when an event calls for it

You stay proactive and adapt when prioritieschange
