As a detail-oriented Grounds & Maintenance Associate, you will support the Facilities Manager in maintaining our luxury glamping retreat in Stonewall, Texas. Your responsibilities will include managing supplies, equipment operation, and performing technical repairs. Your role contributes to our mission of offering a high-end hospitality experience paired with the beauty of the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply levels
• Diagnose and conduct repairs on the property




• Operate lawnmowers and heavy-duty equipment safely
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs
• Conduct daily cleanup of grounds and common areas

Requirements:
• Prior gardening and maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills for property issues
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and work 8 hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to company policies
