Positive Shepherd Centres in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor to mentor Housing and Residential staff and coordinate shift responsibilities. You will develop client care plans and provide direct, dignified service to participants with a focus on safety and anti-racist practices.

The role requires a post-secondary diploma in social services and at least two years of relevant experience, with emphasis on trauma-informed, client-directed care and organizational skills.
