Mobile Security Guard Full Time Scarborough(Paladin Secuirty)Internal Posting Date: September 28, 2026Internal Closing Date: October 5, 2026External Closing Date: October 12, 2026Job Description:Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of assigned client properties and locations.Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, security incidents, and client requests.Monitor properties for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and property damage.Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all security procedures and post orders are followed.Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to Security Guards when required.Ensure Security Guards comply with Paladin Security policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.Communicate security concerns, incidents, staffing issues, and client concerns to the Supervisor, Field Manager, or CSM.Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure the patrol vehicle and security equipment are safe, clean, and properly maintained.Maintain professional relationships with clients, employees, emergency services, and members of the public while providing excellent customer service.Requirements:Valid Security License for the province of OntarioValid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved providerMust possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 yearsPrevious security experience is an assetPost Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized collegeWorking knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental HealthMust provide drivers abstract.
