With more that 50,000 employees, and 1,000+ global support centers, we are moved by what moves people.TKE – Move Beyond.What you will be doing:Perform daily collections activities for an assigned portfolio of customer accountsReconcile customer accounts and review discrepanciesGenerate and distribute monthly statements for assigned accountsPrepare credit memo packages with supporting documentation and submit them for approvalPrepare refund cheque requests with supporting documentation and submit them for approvalBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers across a diverse and dynamic industryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve collection issues and manage exceptional casesSupport the Cash Application team by providing payment details to ensure accurate application of customer paymentsParticipate in monthly Accounts Receivable review meetings with management to resolve disputes and identify current or potential high-risk accountsEscalate collection, billing, and reconciliation issues to the appropriate Account Manager in a timely mannerPrepare and distribute reports on delinquent accounts and collection activitiesRespond to vendor inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department as neededCommunicate account management changes to relevant team membersPrepare credit invoices, upload approved credit memo packages into Oracle,



and notify customers of issued creditsComplete credit check documentation and credit reference requests, as requiredPerform other duties as assignedWhat do you bring:Diploma in Business or Office AdministrationA minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceAttention to detail coupled with the ability to multitaskStrong customer service and relationship management skills to resolve account and billing issuesAbility to analyze reports, prioritize collection activities, and exercise sound judgment when managing accountsExcellent communication skills paired with the inherent ability to prioritize and organize tasksProven ability to manage conflict, coupled with the ability to work collaborativelyAbility to adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentResourceful, self-motivated, and able to network within the organization to determine best practicesProficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPointWillingness to support team objectives and adapt to changing business needsPositive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting branch operationsWhat we offerCompensation range: $50,000 to $60,000Company pensionDental careDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingPaid time offVision careBonus plans for all positionsWellness ProgramTK Elevator is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity.
