Make a difference in children's lives as a Part-Time School Age Leader at Manoah YMCA in Richmond, BC. This role focuses on creating engaging, inclusive programs for children aged 5-12.

In this permanent part-time position, you will work Monday to Friday, supporting before and after school programming while designing activities that promote learning and wellness. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for every child, providing individualized care and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate programming for children 5-12
• Lead indoor and outdoor activities fostering learning and inclusion
• Supervise and mentor new staff and volunteers




• Build relationships with children, families, and community partners
• Maintain a clean and safe setting in program spaces

Requirements:
• Experience with children ages 5-12 is essential
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Child Development training required
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification needed
• Willing to complete a Criminal Record Check
