Reporting to the Team Lead in Sales Finance, this position focuses on managing customer deductions and supports key metrics. You'll engage in process optimization, resolution tracking, and collaborate across departments. Your analytical skills will contribute to strategic projects while ensuring streamlined internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track deductions end-to-end with various stakeholders
• Maintain customer relationships to gather necessary deduction information
• Collaborate with Sales Team for proper deduction coding
• Analyze open deductions weekly and create action plans
• Ensure compliance with policies for each transaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years in deduction resolution, ideally in CPG
• Strong communication and Excel skills
• Highly organized with analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
