Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement resident-centered care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per BCCNM guidelines
• Monitor physical and psychological changes in residents
• Participate in care plan reviews and interdisciplinary conferences
• Provide coaching and support to care staff

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Current BCCNM license as an LPN
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Pass a vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
