Advantages Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Location: Brantford, ON
Responsibilities Assist machine operators with equipment setup, loading materials, and offloading finished goods.
Perform quality checks on output to ensure product meets strict visual standards
Clear debris, remove scrap materials, and maintain a clean production area
Pack, palletize, and label finished products for shipment
Adhere strictly to all plant safety guidelines and personal protective equipment rules
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent secondary education
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
Strong focus on safety, team collaboration, and reliability
