This remote role allows you to conduct patient triage, assist with consultations, and educate clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote patient triage and assessment of pet symptoms
• Provide compassionate client education and support

Requirements:
• Active registration in Alberta, member in good standing
• 3-5 years as a Registered Veterinary Technician
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in technology for virtual consultations
