Position Overview
Reporting to a member of store leadership, the Part-Time Sales Support Advisor partners with the store team to deliver a seamless, personalized, and elevated experience for every Moncler client.
Working across both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), the Sales Support Advisor supports Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and store leadership throughout the client journey. The role contributes to client service, product care, merchandise flow, replenishment, and store organization.
The Sales Support Advisor embodies the Moncler values and Client Promise, serving as a knowledgeable, professional, and resourceful brand ambassador while contributing to individual and team objectives.
Your Impact
Client Experience
Welcome every client and contribute to an engaging and elevated Moncler experience.
Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, responding to client needs and connecting clients with the appropriate team member.
Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately to support client service and sales.
Support product availability and replenishment so the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
Act as a point of contact for product care requests, including creating tickets and coordinating follow-up in accordance with store procedures.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products,
Client Promise, and operational policies and procedures.
Contribute to individual and team objectives through proactive, responsive, and thoughtful support.
Operations and Visual Merchandising
Support daily merchandise flow, including replenishment, go-backs, stock organization, and movement of products between the BOH and FOH.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise as directed by store leadership.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and sales floor, handling merchandise with care.
Contribute to inventory preparation, cycle counts, and inventory execution as requested by management.
Support Moncler visual merchandising standards, including organizing and repositioning displays and retrieving products for floor updates.
Follow operational controls, safety requirements, and procedures to protect merchandise and Company assets.
Team and Store Support
Provide flexible support across store activities based on business needs and priorities.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
Maintain Moncler standards for professional presentation, grooming, and behavior.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and a sense of urgency, particularly during high-volume periods.
Follow Company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or the Company.
Qualifications
Work Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment. Relevant hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience may be considered in lieu of retail experience.
Experience supporting client service or store operations in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable using digital tools and store systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to understand sales reports and use relevant information to support store priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn commission.
Where required by applicable law, Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this position. This range reflects the Company’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, business needs, experience, skills, and qualifications.
