Elim Village is seeking a dedicated Facilities Generalist responsible for general maintenance tasks and equipment upkeep within our retirement community. You will excel in troubleshooting, installing, and repairing various components while striving to create a safe setting for over 1,000 residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with resident move-ins and prepare units for occupancy
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances and equipment




• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance of facilities
• Operate grounds-keeping power equipment for property upkeep
• Coordinate garbage removal and recycling operations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in building maintenance
• Experience with power tools and repair equipment
• Basic knowledge of electrical repairs a plus
• Class 4 driver’s license considered an asset
