Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Home & Community Care reaching clients in Port Alberni and surrounding areas. You will perform nursing procedures, conduct home visits, and assess client needs to ensure quality care.
We value collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, adherence to standards, and flexibility for travel between sites. A valid BC driver's license and recent LPN experience are preferred.
