Support student success as a Youth & Family Counsellor with Saanich Schools. This role focuses on providing counseling services within multiple educational settings with a shift from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Located at the Children’s Development Centre, you will guide and support students from elementary to secondary levels. Collaborate with educators and community members to foster a nurturing environment for personal achievements. Your efforts will ensure students thrive in their educational journey, preparing them for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counseling services to students and families
• Collaborate with teachers and community organizations
• Facilitate workshops and support programs




• Support students at the CDC and neighborhood schools
• Maintain records and documentation of student progress

Requirements:
• Experience in counseling or social work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student development and community engagement
• Ability to work flexible schedule Monday to Wednesday
• Understanding of diverse educational needs and challenges
