In this essential nursing role, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Care to create and adapt personal service plans. Your responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining health records, and ensuring the highest standard of care. Additionally, you will foster a positive environment for both residents and families while actively engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement resident personal care plans
• Administer medications and medical treatments
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Support move-ins, palliative care, and post-death care
• Communicate with all members of the care team effectively
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved school of nursing
• Current license from AB College of Registered Nurses
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in a residential care setting is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
