Work Flexibility: Hybrid Join Stryker’s Marketing team as a Product Manager - Surgical Technologies, responsible for managing a portfolio of products throughout the product lifecycle and developing marketing strategies that support business objectives. In this role, you will combine product management, market insights, commercialization, customer engagement, and sales enablement to identify opportunities and support portfolio performance. You will partner closely with Sales, upstream marketing, Research & Development (R&D;), Medical Education, and other cross-functional teams while engaging customers and key opinion leaders to understand market needs and translate insights into portfolio strategies, product launches, marketing programs, and educational initiatives. travel up to 60%, including travel to customer meetings, conferences, educational programs, and other business activities. Travel is throughout Canada and the US. This is a contract position for a term of 12 to 15 months
What You Will Do Manage the product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including market assessment, pre-launch planning, commercialization, product launches, lifecycle management, phase-out, and obsolescence.
Develop and execute marketing plans and portfolio strategies using customer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify opportunities and support portfolio growth.
Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities and partner with customers, key opinion leaders, upstream marketing, and R&D; to identify unmet needs and inform product development and portfolio decisions.
Develop product positioning, messaging, marketing materials, and promotional programs that clearly communicate product value and support commercial objectives.
Partner with Sales to provide product expertise, customer support,



product training, in-servicing, new product information, and field-based commercial support.
Develop medical education strategies and programs based on customer educational needs and identify opportunities for partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, competitive activity, and sales data to provide recommendations and actionable insights to marketing and business leadership.
Support commercial and pricing activities, including RFPs, product configurations, product selection, pricing recommendations, and market-specific opportunities.
What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years of work experience
2+ years of Professional experience in product management, marketing, brand management, sales, or a commercial function.
Experience supporting product or portfolio strategy, commercialization, product launches, lifecycle management, or marketing programs.
Experience using customer, market, competitive, or sales insights to support business or marketing decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing or commercial stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
Experience with Voice of Customer (VOC), market research, competitive intelligence, current product development, or medical education.




Experience supporting a sales organization through product training, customer engagement, field support, pricing, or sales enablement.
Experience developing relationships with healthcare professionals or key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Canada Pay Ranges: Canada: $83,900 - $111,800 CAD Annual Travel Percentage: 60%

Work Flexibility Remote Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Field-based You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
